#SAJGIVING HAS ENDED BUT THERE IS STILL TIME TO MAKE A GIFT HERE!
Kappa-Mu (Tennessee Technological University)
Support Kappa Sigma at Tennessee Tech!

This Stephen Alonzo Jackson Weekend of Giving, March 1-3, we're asking you to make a tax-deductible donation to support a cause near and dear to the Kappa-Mu Chapter– the creation of a new Scholarship-Leadership Award named in honor of Brother Robert H. Evans. 100% of your gift, in the amount of $10.34, $50.34, $150.34, $340, $3,400, or $34,000, will help fund this special scholarship.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 to establish a permanent $2,000 annual Scholarship in Brother Evans' name that will benefit a Kappa-Mu Chapter Brother every year in perpetuity. In the event Kappa-Mu does not reach the $50,000 threshold during the Weekend but reaches $25,000, it will automatically create a $1,000 annual Scholarship-Leadership Award. All amounts raised shy of $25K between or over $50K will directed to the existing Chapter Scholarship Fund to benefit Kappa-Mu undergraduates.

Brother Robert 'Bob' Evans was initiated into the Kappa Sigma fraternity on April 17, 1982. Throughout his life, Brother Evans has dedicated himself to serving his country in various positions within the armed services, ultimately retiring after a distinguished career. Following his military service, Bob found a new calling within the Kappa Sigma community and became actively involved at the Chapter level as the dedicated housing manager. Bob's commitment to Kappa Sigma is unwavering, and he embodies the values of Brotherhood, service, and loyalty that the Fraternity stands for. His leadership and organizational skills have been instrumental in maintaining the Chapter's housing facilities and creating a welcoming environment for all members.

Known affectionately as "Bob the Builder" for his hands-on approach to improving the Chapter House, Bob's hard work and dedication have left a lasting impact on the Fraternity and its members. His love for Kappa Sigma shines through in everything he does, and his presence continues to inspire those around him. Bob Evans is a beloved figure within the Kappa Sigma community, admired for his dedication, integrity, and genuine passion for the Fraternity. His legacy will endure as a testament to the positive influence he has had on the lives of those who have had the privilege of knowing him.

Now is the time to rally behind this historic initiative and honor the lasting legacy of Brother Robert H. Evans. Donate Now!
