#SAJGIVING HAS ENDED BUT THERE IS STILL TIME TO MAKE A GIFT HERE!
Eta (Randolph-Macon College)
Support Kappa Sigma at Randolph-Macon College!

This Stephen Alonzo Jackson Weekend of Giving, we're asking you to make a tax-deductible donation to support a cause near and dear to the Eta Chapter– the creation of a new Scholarship-Leadership Award named in honor of Brother Donal L. McClamroch, Jr. 100% of your gift, in the amount of $10.34, $50.34, $150.34, $340, $3,400, or $34,000, will help fund this special scholarship.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 to establish a permanent $2,000 annual Scholarship in Brother McClamroch's name that will benefit an Eta Chapter Brother every year in perpetuity. In the event Eta does not reach the $50,000 threshold during the Weekend but reaches $25,000, it will automatically create a $1,000 annual Scholarship-Leadership Award. All amounts raised shy of $25K between or over $50K will be directed to the existing Chapter Scholarship Fund to benefit Eta Chapter undergraduates.

Brother Donal L. McClamroch, Jr. (Eta, Randolph-Macon College, '74) stands as one of the most influential and dedicated Alumni in the history of Kappa Sigma. Initiated into the Eta Chapter at Randolph-Macon College on December 10, 1974, Brother McClamroch has spent more than four decades exemplifying the Fraternity’s values of Fellowship, Leadership, Scholarship, and Service. His belief that “Kappa Sigma is all about Brothers investing in Brothers” has shaped his lifelong commitment to the Fraternity, making a lasting impact on countless members.

Brother McClamroch has served in nearly every volunteer role within the Fraternity, including Worthy Grand Treasurer, Worthy Grand Master of Ceremonies, Worthy Grand Procurator, and ultimately, Worthy Grand Master. His dedication to Kappa Sigma extends beyond his time on the Supreme Executive Committee, as he currently serves as Treasurer of the Kappa Sigma Endowment Fund and holds Jackson’s Men Pin Number #7. In recognition of his extraordinary contributions, Brother McClamroch was inducted into the Kappa Sigma Hall of Honor in 2017.

Beyond his service to the Fraternity, Brother McClamroch dedicated his professional career to public service, retiring as Chief of the Forensic Science Laboratory for the Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Donal L. McClamroch, Jr. Scholarship-Leadership Award will honor his legacy by supporting Eta Chapter undergraduate members who exemplify the same commitment to Brotherhood, leadership, and academic excellence. This scholarship ensures that future generations of Kappa Sigma Brothers continue to benefit from the investment of those who came before them, just as Brother McClamroch has dedicated his life to strengthening our great Order.

The Donal L. McClamroch, Jr. Scholarship-Leadership Award will be given annually to an Eta undergraduate member who excels in scholarship, leadership, and community service, all of which reflect the example Brother McClamroch has provided.

Now is the time to rally behind this historic initiative and honor the lasting legacy of Brother Donal L. McClamroch, Jr. Donate Now!
